Our team leads business reengineering and quality assurance efforts by re‑evaluating payroll‑centric end‑to‑end processes and defining a future state enabled through automation and technology. We are responsible for GL‑impacting payroll data integrations, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of financial data feeding the General Ledger. Through targeted trend analyses and anomaly detection, we proactively identify and investigate GL variances tied to payroll activity.
While payroll is our primary area of concentration, the team also lends its expertise to other operational areas as needed applying the same disciplined approach to process optimization, data quality, and automation. By combining accounting knowledge, analytical insight, and technology enablement, we deliver scalable solutions that strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
