Position Overview
The Associate Cologuard Monitoring and Response Specialist supports data-driven decision-making and operational performance across the order-to-cash continuum. This role is responsible for monitoring business metrics, responding to any shifts in business trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely insights and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools.
- Help coordinate response efforts to address operational and business needs.
- Support governance processes by preparing materials.
- Contribute to the development of best practices in business monitoring and response.
- Stay informed on industry trends and tools in data analytics and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain trusting and effective partnerships and successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels to include Customer and Digital Experience, Market Access, Revenue Cycle, IT, Marketing, Commercial, and Health Systems / HIT.

- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 70% of a typical working day.
- Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location; may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or an Associate’s degree and 2 years of related experience; or a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- Knowledge of cancer diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or preventive health markets.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Exposure to order-to-cash processes or revenue cycle operations.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or biotechnology industry.

Salary Range:
$62,000.00 - $102,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
