Description -
1. BIOS Configuration Development: Develop custom BIOS configurations as per the requirement.
2. Third Part Options(3PO) HW Integration - Integrate third-party Hardware, test and validate the functionality of the systems(Workstation, Desktops & Notebooks).
3. Problem Solving: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving defects and issues, ensuring the stability and performance of software applications.
4. Testing: Test custom hardware to ensure the quality and reliability of the products.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for services released.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Factory Services Project Managers(FSPM), Subject Matter Experts(SME), Service Owners(SO), and Factory Technicians.
7. Learning: Stay up to date with internal processes and tools.
8. Innovation: Contribute to the development of creative solutions and suggest improvements to existing processes and tools.
9. Feedback: Actively participate in factory service reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and contribute to challenging requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Hardware troubleshooting, UEFI BIOS, Secure Boot, is a plus.
• Prior experience with coding projects or coursework is a plus.
