You’ll be part of the Collections Team and responsible for contacting customers to determine the reason for payment and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls that are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard screens, and procedures.

Role Responsibilities

  • Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve problems related to agent accounts and settlements.
  • Review, investigate, and negotiate receivable settlements and remittance tracking.
  • Maintain databases and control documentation for high-volume agents or special subscribers.
  • Work with the supervisor to ensure all assigned agent accounts are reconciled for accurate fund recovery.
  • Collaborate with Sales to provide optimal support and attention to agents.
  • Perform administrative functions, including preparing standard management reports.
  • Maintain reconciled agent accounts to achieve collection effort goals.
  • Analyze collection case risks and evaluate different scenarios to mitigate potential losses.

Role Requirements

  • 2-year college degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in consumer and/or commercial collections.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (certification is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and operational skills.
  • Ability to identify key issues and multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Be available to work from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
