The Collections Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a collections team in the Centralized Collections Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Train and develop staff members of the Centralized Collections team
• Monitor departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met
• Recommend and implement process improvements when needed
• Work with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives
• Conduct account audits and communicate results to team members
• Facilitate escalation resolutions with Regional customers and team members
• Resolve employee issues where necessary
• Facilitate scheduling to ensure proper coverage
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience required in Leadership/Management role
• 5+ years previous Collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must pass pre-employment screening
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in consumer finance industry.

• High level of integrity.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
