Your Mission

As a Collections Specialist, you’ll keep cash flow healthy and customer relationships smooth. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, resolve payment issues with clarity and empathy, and ensure accurate, timely documentation across systems. You’ll spot risks early, collaborate across teams, and help maintain strong financial operations.

As a Collections Specialist, you will......

  • Manage a portfolio of domestic and international customer accounts.

  • Follow up on past-due invoices and resolve disputes confidently.

  • Investigate discrepancies, fix payment issues, and reconcile accounts.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems.

  • Flag payment risks proactively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Deliver clear, professional support to internal and external stakeholders.

You Are

Organized, calm under pressure, and confident in communicating with customers. You work well across teams, approach problems with clarity, and understand the importance of clean financial operations in a fast-paced environment.

Your Experience Includes

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • 3+ years of collections experience (2+ in B2B/subscription environments).

  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

  • Full professional proficiency in English.

  • Solid MS Office skills and ease in working with multiple teams.

Extra Awesome

  • Additional European languages.

  • Experience with Salesforce or ERP systems (Workday a plus).

  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).

  • SaaS or tech industry experience.
