● Resolves customer account inquiries and concerns via email and ticketing system, prioritizing timely resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience.
● Manages the full collections lifecycle for customers and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to GCash values and regulatory compliance.
● Collaborates effectively with the Fuse Collections Ops Team, Quality Assurance Team, Collections Agencies, Leadership, and other relevant teams to achieve collections goals.
● Proactively identifies and undertakes additional tasks such as customer outreach initiatives, to contribute to overall collections success.
