Work Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM CET (US Morning Hours)
Team: Collections (Current team size: 3 Analysts)
Location: Belgrade NCR Campus

Role Overview

The Collections Analyst will support the 4WTR collections process, engaging directly with customers whose services may be disrupted due to outstanding balances. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage sensitive customer situations, and strong judgment to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional business tone. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working across systems and teams, and capable of managing a high volume of customer interactions via email, phone, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and phone calls.
  • Prioritize and handle customers experiencing service disruption, ensuring fast and empathetic support.
  • Assist customers with setting up autopay, one‑time payments, and payment plans.
  • Clearly explain invoices, account statements, payments, and credits to address any billing‑related inquiries.

Billing Review & Issue Resolution

  • Review customer billing details to identify discrepancies or required corrections.
  • Determine the appropriate action or internal team to route billing correction requests to.
  • Use sound judgment to restore services for customers who demonstrate willingness to cooperate and follow up later as needed.

Case Management & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce, providing detailed case updates and notes.
  • Track all assigned accounts and documentation to ensure timely follow‑up and completion.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales Representatives, Collections, Payments, Support, and Customer Care teams.
  • Evaluate the full 4WTR lifecycle of a customer case and determine appropriate next steps based on findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong business‑tone communication skills (email and phone).
  • Ability to review invoices and financial documents with high accuracy.
  • Experience supporting customers in challenging or time‑sensitive situations.
  • Solid judgment for making decisions on service restoration and follow‑up actions.
  • Ability to learn and navigate internal tools and processes quickly.
  • Comfortable working independently while actively collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in collections, customer support, or billing operations.
  • Familiarity with payment processes, account reconciliation, or subscription‑based billing.

Work Environment

  • Fast‑paced support environment tied to US business hours.
  • Close collaboration with a small, experienced team of three Collections Analysts.
  • High degree of responsibility and autonomy in managing customer financial interactions.
