Collaboration Systems Consultant1
Required skill and experience:
- 3–5+ years of experience implementing or supporting collaboration and productivity platforms (e.g., Adobe, Lucid Suite, Text Expander, Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, Zoom).
- Strong understanding of collaboration workflows, digital workplace concepts, and enterprise communication practices.
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and translating them into technical or configuration specifications.
- Hands-on experience with platform administration, configuration, and governance setup.
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (AD, Okta SSO, SailPoint IIQ, security groups, permissions models).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex end-to-end collaboration issues across applications, integrations, and devices.
- Excellent communication skills and experience delivering user training or adoption support.
- Knowledge of API integrations, scripting, or low-code/no-code platforms is required.
- Experience in hybrid work transformation or digital workplace strategy consulting.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and IT governance practices.
- Experience with automation and workflow tools (AppSheet, Slack Workflows etc.).
- Certifications in areas such as Google Workspace, Adobe or similar platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and learning opportunities.
- Strong project management or task coordination capabilities.
