Colgate Customer Care Officer (Outbound) – 12 month contract

About you:

Are you passionate about building relationships and driving results? We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, close-knit Colgate Call Centre team – with a special focus on outbound customer engagement.

In this role, you’ll be dedicated to our Colgate supplier, managing your own customer territory to achieve sales growth. Your day will be dynamic and rewarding as you:

  • Proactively reach out to dental customers via phone and email

  • Share the latest Colgate product range, promotions, and alternatives

  • Place orders, prepare quotes, and assist with enquiries

  • Deliver exceptional service that strengthens long-term relationships

  • Support the Colgate Call Centre Team when needed

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • A genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer service and ideally some sales experience (retail, telemarketing etc)

  • A love of communicating from behind the screen, responding with excellent communication skills (verbal, email)

  • A solution focussed attitude and great problem-solving skills, coming up with ways to meet our customer’s needs.

  • MS Office skills and quick to pick up new software systems with a motivation to learn and take advantage of new technologies.

  • A ‘team player’ with the ability to effectively work with other departments.

  • The successful candidate will preferably have a clinical dental background and understand the demands of our customer’s business environment; however, this is not essential.
