Job Description

Mission:

Responsible for developing and building on-device multimodal large model deployment and optimization, as well as cockpit AI Agent development for the smart cockpit, aiming to turn cutting-edge AI technologies into safe, reliable and smooth in-vehicle intelligent interactions and services.

Responsibilities:

1. On-Device Deployment & Optimization of Large Models: 

• Responsible for deploying and optimizing the multimodal large model, and optimizing the large model inference engine to significantly reduce memory footprint and response latency, meeting the real-time interaction requirements of the cockpit.

2. Design & Implementation of AI Agents

• Design and develop AI Agents for cockpit scenarios, enabling them to understand complex instructions, plan tasks, and invoke in-vehicle functions and services.

• Build the Agent's mechanisms for multimodal perception, memory, and decision-making to deliver personalized, proactive, and contextual services.

• Build a unified cockpit AI service framework and provide standardized, high-performance AI capability interfaces for upper-layer applications.

3. Communication and Collaboration

• Liaise with external vendors to confirm technical implementation plans and set up testing or demonstration environments.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Scope of Action:

• Responsible for the design, development and scenario optimization of the cockpit AI service, and providing standardized interfaces for the upper-layer HMI systems. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• On-Time Delivery: Percentage of milestones achieved on schedule.
• Product Quality: Number of issues identified post-release vs. during development.
• Stakeholder Feedback: Feedback from internal and external partners on communication and project alignment.
