“When you choose to join us, you’re choosing more than just a job. You’re choosing to make a difference.”
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Haringey to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team delivering effective, community-focused services for people affected by alcohol (and drug) use.
The Community Lifestyle Coordinator & Co-Production Lead plays a vital role in raising awareness of our services, strengthening professional knowledge across the borough, and ensuring that co-production is embedded at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
This is a varied and impactful role combining health promotion, training delivery, community engagement and co-production leadership.
You will:
Upskill professionals by delivering specialist training, both online and face-to-face, including alcohol brief interventions and screening
Promote treatment services across Haringey through events, webinars, campaigns and social media activity
Increase the visibility and accessibility of services within local communities
Take an active lead on co-production across HAGA and HRS, working closely with the Co-Production Coordinator to ensure service user involvement and inclusion are central to service design and delivery
As this is a community-facing role, flexibility around working location and hours is essential, including occasional evening and weekend work to meet service needs.
To Succeed in This Role:
We’re looking for someone passionate, motivated and committed to empowering communities and amplifying lived experience.
Ideally, you will have experience in:
Health promotion or community engagement
Delivering training, workshops or presentations
Alcohol-related issues and their impact on local communities
A strong interest in, or passion for, co-production and service user involvement
You’ll be confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, adaptable in your approach, and enthusiastic about working creatively to reach diverse communities.
Development & Potential
We are committed to fair chances for all. If you strongly align with our values and ethos, but feel you may not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply and speak to us about your transferable skills.
For the right people, we can offer development opportunities to help you realise your potential and progress your career.
Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.
