What Performance Monitoring contributes to Cardinal Health
Consultant, Perf Monitoring is responsible for creating and implementing blended learning solutions.
- Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts, instructional design theory, and measurement and evaluation methods.
- Consults with business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify performance needs and recommend solutions.
- Converts ideas, experiences and knowledge from SMEs or publications into engaging and interactive learning assets for both online and classroom training
- Uses instructional design methodology to design, develop and/or deliver blended learning solutions.
- Creates, publishes, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
- Evaluates and measures instructional solutions to gauge effectiveness.
- Performs monthly audits to ensure level of accuracy and compliance has been met
- Facilitates instructor-led training demonstrating effective use of presentation/facilitation tools, techniques, and materials, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in Presource, required
- Strong business acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
