We are looking for a CNC Manufacturing & Industrialization Expert.
Your impact:
Purpose: Turn engineering designs into robust, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing processes by defining machining strategies, developing CNC programs, and leading the industrialization of parts from prototype to full-scale production.
Key responsibilities:
Analyse part designs (CAD / Blueprints / Technical Drawings) for manufacturability (DFM) and propose improvements.
Define and validate machining strategies, manufacturing routings, and process flows.
Lead the industrialization of new components from prototype to serial production.
Develop CNC machining programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX, Fusion 360, Catia V5).
Select cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters optimized for quality and cycle time.
Design workholding concepts and collaborate with tooling suppliers.
Optimize existing programs for productivity, cost reduction, and improved tool life.
Support operators on the shop floor.
Ensure documentation is complete and compliant (work instructions, setup sheets, control plans).

Comprehensive machining documentation.

Optimized programs and standardized processes.
Support for tool presetting bench activities.
About you:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
Strong ability to read engineering drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and material specifications.
Proven hands-on experience in CNC machining, including turning (lathes) and 4‑ and 5‑axis milling machines.
Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, Fusion 360, Catia V5) for both milling and turning strategies.
Strong knowledge of ISO programming (G-code/M-code) for CNC machines.
Ability to program and optimize machining operations on multi‑axis equipment.
Good understanding of cutting tools, fixturing, machining parameters, and workholding solutions.
Experience in process industrialization, NPI, or production ramp‑up is a strong asset.
Experience working with Siemens Sinumerik 840D control systems (programming, setup, optimization) is a plus.
English language proficiency. French is a plus.
