About the Opportunity

St. Joseph of the Pines—committed to enhancing the lives of older adults in the North Carolina Sandhills—invites compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Full-Time CNA/Med Tech at The Coventry in Southern Pines, NC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily living assistance, including dental care, feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing/undressing, hair and nail care, and shaving, based on individual preferences.
  • Safely support residents with lifting, turning, repositioning, and transferring to and from beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and mechanical lifts.
  • Perform restorative and rehabilitative tasks, including daily Range of Motion exercises, with accurate and timely documentation.
  • Follow all safety protocols and proper use/disposal of PPE.
  • Use safety equipment such as gait belts and mechanical lifts per care plans.
  • Report changes in a resident’s condition immediately to the supervisor or designee.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy during all care interactions.
  • Attend required trainings, including annual mandatory in‑service education.

Education and Experience

  • Required: Dual licensure as CNA and Med Tech

  • Preferred: At least one year of experience
