Job Description:

Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM days flexible / Mentone area


Elara Caring is seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA to join our dedicated home health team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. Every visit matters, and so do you.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active CNA license in the state of employment

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • A positive attitude and compassionate spirit

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes
