What you'll do:
- Responsible for the construction of all the themed finishes work .
- Organize and track the TF shop drawing review.
- Supervise and buy off the distress container fabrication and paint in factory. Responsible for the container and themed components installation and touch up.
- Review the shop drawings and Method Statement of themed plaster, themed concrete and paint
- Check and approve the painting system and material with FAD.
- Check and organize the buy off for each process of TCP, themed paint and themed concrete.
- Participate in tender document preparation of Hat Trick.
- Coordinate the integration works with each discipline. Speak up when unsafe actions or conditions are observed.
- Report all incidents, injuries and near misses.
- Read all internal Health & Safety correspondence or alerts and take action where appropriate.
- Hold a valid General Safety Induction.
- Participate in project safety audits minimum one every month with team. Monitoring the resolution of identified issues includes SHEILSS plan.
- Actively involved in Design Reviews and ensure that constructability issues are identified and recorded on the register for review and follow up.
- To join site walk for Authority inspection.
- Ensures approval of such submissions, creates an Authority issues register to monitor completion of all authority issues in his area.
- Tracking overall target schedule and make sure the Key Dates will be achieved Manage and work with GC and Jianli to make sure the schedule will be statused and tracked on daily, weekly or monthly basis throughout the construction period.
- Manage and work with team, GC and Jianli etc. on mitigation plan to catch up the schedule.
- Make sure quality plan and procedure will be strictly followed.
- Make sure the hold points will be monitored/supervised by Jianli on site based on the Spec, drawings and local code requirement.
- Attending regular project reviews during the construction phase. Validates progress for contractor pay applications on Sting.
- Reviewing CD and variations.
- Contract close-out.
- Responsible for the day-to-day construction (incl show/ride).
- Leads those meetings which pertain specifically to themed finishes. Responsible for coordination with other teams on his areas.
- Oversees BIM of the attraction.
- Responsible for weekly reporting of Key Project Indicators.
- Decision-making responsibility for the attraction.
- Conflict resolution and problem solving on the attraction.
- Manage relationships with operations.
