Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of complex journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial regulations, and internal controls, advising management on potential risks.
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff, providing guidance and oversight of their work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems (ideally SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Good level of English knowledge
