TFS currently has an exciting opportunity as a Contract Funding Supervisor, reporting to the Contract Funding Manager. This role resides in our Markham Head Office.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide effective on going coaching, feedback, and guidance to associates to maximize performance and support their development.

  • Provide clear expectations, appropriate supervision and feedback on a day-to-day basis.

  • Ensure associates’ compliance with policies & procedures.

  • Ensure quality assurance through “call review”.

  • Review and analyze daily departmental dashboard and reports to better manage workforce efficiency and optimize resources to meet/exceed service levels

  • Ensure timely execution of performance management process.

  • Assist the Contract Funding Associates with unresolved or disputed contract discrepancies

  • Supervise contract funding, reception, PPSA & Scanning/Indexing Desks ensuring timely completion of all tasks and promoting “Always Better Services”

  • Resolve processing issues and assist in the development of standard operating procedures, goals and objectives for the department.

  • Promote an inclusive and respectful environment with internal and external customers.

What you bring:

  • Business University Degree/College Diploma

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a dealer/customer service environment, with supervisory experience.

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and coaching skills

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office Excel/PowerPoint

  • Self-starter and independent

  • Team oriented and results driven

  • Demonstrate proactive and innovative mindset in problem solving.

  • Bilingual in English and French (preferred)
