Job Purpose

Egg is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, reconfirming appointments, and setting up virtual and face-to-face meetings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Accountabilities

Inbound Calls:

  • Handle customer enquiries about solar panel products and services.
  • Provide information and answer questions about installation processes, pricing, and benefits.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.

Outbound Calls:

  • Reach out to potential customers to introduce and promote Egg Solar Panels.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Reconfirm appointments with prospective customer

Appointment Management:

  • Schedule and confirm virtual and face-to-face appointments for our sales team.
  • Ensure all appointments are recorded accurately in the system.
  • Send reminders to customers and ensure they are prepared for their appointments.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  • Track and report on call activities and appointment outcomes.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
