As Sales Operations Manager at Zeller, you’ll be responsible for defining and optimising our sales, account management, and partnerships processes, procedures, operations, strategy, and funnel, to help accelerate our growth engine and streamline the day-to-day work of the wider team.
Reporting to the Director of Growth, you will own every element of sales operations — target forecasting, reporting, process development and optimisation, AE / bookings / revenue performance analysis; new hire onboarding; sales targets and incentive plans; process and operations development, improvement, and communication; and daily optimisation of our sales funnels, including deal and revenue funnel conversion rtes.
Experience working with Hubspot Sales Hub is an essential requirement of this role.
