End-to-end change management involves

  • Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement change management plan aligned with launch timelines while ensuring readiness across stakeholders

  • Change Impact Assessment: Identify and manage the impact of the changes to the people, process and technology

  • Organizational Changes: Ensure that the organizational structure is aligned and sufficient resources are available to operationalize the change

  • Process Documentation: Ensure that process changes are agreed and properly documented. 

  • Training: Identify training needs based on current skills and knowledge of the users and develop programs to build the capabilities required to navigate the change

  • Communication & Engagement: Develop clear and consistent messages across the stakeholders. Ensure that the stakeholders are informed, engaged and supported throughout the change process

  • Data Migration: Ensure that business can operate using migrated data

  • Change Readiness Assessment: Ensure that the organization understands the changes and ready to accept them

  • Adoption & Operationalization: Ensure the operationalization of the change from Go Live to transition to operations

  • Risk Mitigation: Minimize launch-related risks through proactive risk management, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed early, leading to smooth transition

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus

  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in change management, project management or organizational development, with at least 3 years focusing on ensuring launch readiness or transitions of major launches

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
