End-to-end change management involves
Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement change management plan aligned with launch timelines while ensuring readiness across stakeholders
Change Impact Assessment: Identify and manage the impact of the changes to the people, process and technology
Organizational Changes: Ensure that the organizational structure is aligned and sufficient resources are available to operationalize the change
Process Documentation: Ensure that process changes are agreed and properly documented.
Training: Identify training needs based on current skills and knowledge of the users and develop programs to build the capabilities required to navigate the change
Communication & Engagement: Develop clear and consistent messages across the stakeholders. Ensure that the stakeholders are informed, engaged and supported throughout the change process
Data Migration: Ensure that business can operate using migrated data
Change Readiness Assessment: Ensure that the organization understands the changes and ready to accept them
Adoption & Operationalization: Ensure the operationalization of the change from Go Live to transition to operations

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex changes to various stakeholders
Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders to embrace change while building relationships

Adoption and Engagement: Achieve high levels of employee adoption and engagement with the new processes, systems, or technologies introduced at launch, ensuring a positive impact
Risk Mitigation: Minimize launch-related risks through proactive risk management, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed early, leading to smooth transition
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus
Master's degree is an advantage
Minimum of 6 years experience in change management, project management or organizational development, with at least 3 years focusing on ensuring launch readiness or transitions of major launches
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
