Responsibilities:
- Perform contract administration activities for technology sourcing engagements for the aligned IT sub-division and contributes expertise to create contracts to enable the delivery of technology projects.
- Act as a liaison between Supplier Partners and IT clients concerning project issues and action plans.
- Advocate on behalf of Vanguard with IT suppliers to coordinate the resolution of client issues.
- Support proper governance and oversight of the technology sourcing portfolio for the aligned IT sub-division.
- Manage technology sourcing engagement issue identification, escalation and resolution with supplier partners and Vanguard.
- Represent sub divisional interests at supplier partner governance meetings at the sub-divisional and divisional level.
- Advocate and advance ITPS standards and best practices in collaboration with other ITPS specialists.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
