Training team members, setting strategy and monitoring process towards goals. Managing day to day activities of the team. Manage requests based on role-based access control model and documented entitlements. Manage Active Directory (AD), user permissions and group policies in accordance with security policies and procedures. Act as an escalation point for system access issues and coordinate with internal and external partners as needed to resolve issues. Participate in logical access audits and assessments. Administer user account processes, systems, and integrations across systems (e.g., O365, Active Directory, SOX/SOC1 systems etc.) in a timely accurate manner.
