We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Automotive Controls team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering complex projects under Agile project framework(s). Taking ownership for the day to day coordination of task management the candidate will work directly with one or more Engineering teams at a System or Component (Implementation) level. They will ensure tasks are delivered on time with the priority required of multiple upstream program milestones. In execution of the role the candidate will be expected to follow prescribed process and work to develop metrics and reports that communicate status to all stakeholders; including but not limited to managers, technical program managers and downstream verification and validation teams. The role may extend to coordination of training for team members, travel/trip planning and expediting of purchase requisitions. This is an on-site role at our head office in Newark, California.

You Will:
· Manage the tasks of multiple Engineering teams within the Automotive Controls Group
· Manage tasks delivering to multiple concurrent Programs
· Ensure task management systems accurately reflect the status of work items
· Collaborate with Program Management Teams to prioritize work items of the Controls Group
· Support development of resource utilization metrics and task status dashboards
Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years experience working in a task coordination role with Agile Teams
· Expert user of the Atlassian Toolchain, administrative experience is a plus
· Understanding of Software/Application Lifecycle Management and complex Electronic products
· Experience with complex safety relevant system development and associated lifecycles
· Clear Communicator
· Automotive / Aerospace / Medical Device Industry Experience
Education Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree
· Scrum Master or similar Agile project management certifications preferred
· PMP preferred
