The Senior Director of Global Compensation, Benefits, and People Operations will design, implement, and deliver modern, scalable HR strategies for our fully remote, global team, which is distributed across North America, India and EMEA. This role reports into our Chief Administrative Officer and partners closely with senior leadership to align our people strategy with business goals while ensuring compliance, cultural alignment, and operational excellence.
