KIPP SoCal Public Schools is seeking a results-driven and resourceful Student Enrollment & Recruitment Ambassador to spearhead efforts to meet ambitious student enrollment goals for KIPP Adelante in San Diego for the 2025-26 school year. This role demands a proven ability to achieve results through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and direct engagement with families.

As the Student Enrollment & Recruitment Ambassador, you will be accountable for generating a specified number of student interest forms and applications by actively canvassing door-to-door, making phone calls to prospective applicants, and cultivating strong, positive connections with families in various settings.

The ideal candidate is an experienced outreach professional with demonstrated success in door-to-door canvassing and community engagement. Familiarity with San Diego—particularly Southeast San Diego—is essential. To excel in this role, you must bring:

- Exceptional relationship-building skills to connect with diverse families and inspire trust.

- Tenacity and physical stamina to conduct outreach efforts, including door-to-door canvassing and event participation.

- A clear focus on results, with the ability to set goals, measure progress, and deliver outcomes that align with enrollment targets.
