Your Next Career Opportunity – Design and A&E Implementation Specialist I
The primary function of this position is to provide project management functions and accomplishment of tasks within any site-design scope of work and Architectural and Engineering (A&E) awarded work. Project management skills are utilized to process requests from inception to completion. Task-oriented focus is required to facilitate specific details within all assigned work.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Perform tasks and project management actions including, but not limited to order placement, form completion, data base entries, document uploads/downloads and general administrative tasks on assigned work.
- Review, understand and implement next steps on products delivered.
- Drive results on delegated responsibilities for structural analysis, mount analysis, utility coordination, construction drawings, site surveys and associated design deliverables.
- Interact with vendors and internal team members as assigned.
- Update job status within internal and external project management database systems on a daily basis.
- Coordinate and track assigned project activity with a focus on forecasting and actual delivery dates.
- Perform in-depth reviews of key work orders to impact job production.
- Work cross-functionally with other team members and groups within the organization.
- Attend conference calls, virtual meetings and in-person meetings to discuss and report on status on assigned work.
- Collaborate with AE vendor points of contact to promote best-practices.
- Report job progress to management with a focus on client schedule status.
- Make physical site visits when required to address design topics.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED Associate's in Project Management preferably;
- and 0-2 years Project Management Telecommunications
- Demonstrated knowledge and beginner proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
- Domestic Travel 10% of the time Business related functions and site visits
- Valid Government Issued Driver's License
