job purpose 

fairlife is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chicago. This pivotal role will be responsible for executing full life cycle recruiting efforts to hire top talent for teams across the organization. This role combines expertise in sourcing and hiring with co-leading efforts to enhance the applicant tracking system (ATS) and broader tech stack to create seamless and efficient recruitment workflows. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll also contribute to the refinement of strategic hiring practices to ensure fairlife attracts and retains top-tier talent.    

responsibilities:  

  • ATS Improvement Leadership: Co-lead projects to enhance the functionality and usability of the ATS (Greenhouse), including workflow design, data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and user training.   
  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for a wide range of roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.   
  • Executive Recruitment: Lead the recruitment of senior-level and hard-to-fill positions 
  • Process Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, leveraging technology and data to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.   
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, deliver customized hiring strategies, and provide a seamless recruitment process.   
  • Creative Sourcing: Use innovative and proactive sourcing methods, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools, to build robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.   
  • Data-driven Decision-making: Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to inform strategies, improve team performance, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.   
  • Strategic Contributions: Support the Director of Talent Acquisition in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, including workforce planning and diversity hiring goals.   
  • DE&I Initiatives: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by integrating these principles into recruitment practices, tools, and outreach strategies.   
  • Recruitment Campaigns: Support large-scale hiring initiatives, particularly at plant locations, and ensure alignment with business needs. 

skills/qualifications required:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of relevant work experience and education required 
  • 8+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience required. Experience in CPG, manufacturing and/or operations recruiting a plus 
  • Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or related programs required 
  • Proven success sourcing candidates on LinkedIn or through other creative search methods 
  • Ability to balance multiple requisitions at different stages 
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines, and navigate shifting priorities  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates  
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills that support interactions and relationship-building with candidates and internal stakeholders 
  • Experience analyzing and visualizing metrics and data to tell a compelling story 
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
