Job Summary
The Executive Secretary provides administrative support to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.Pay Range
Minimum $30.33 Midpoint $40.19 Maximum $50.05Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
• Required: Minimum five (5) years of administrative experience supporting one or more Managers or Directors.
• Preferred: Prior experience supporting one or more executives. Previous healthcare experience.
Education
• Required: High School Diploma/ GED. Four (4) years of additional experience in lieu of education may be considered.
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's degree.
Training
• Required: None required.
Specialized Skills
• Required: Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, well organized, detail oriented and able to appropriately prioritize. Sound analytical and problem solving/critical thinking skills. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
