This is an onsite position at the Hutchinson KPR Plant

SUMMARY:

This position may be responsible for any of the following duties: planning and supervising the execution of cost effective and timely maintenance necessary for the operation of all equipment. This includes directing coordinating and supporting maintenance supervisors and maintenance personnel; working with contractors’ vendors or company engineering in the modification or installation of equipment; and troubleshooting and resolving new and or different technical problems regarding equipment. Other Responsibilities: Maintaining relevant records and maintaining compliance with Process Safety Management Standards. Skill development of team members. High Pressure Boiler, Compressed Air System, Hot Water Generation, and HVAC systems management and maintenance. This position is also responsible for coordinating Team Member schedules handling time and attendance records holding monthly safety meetings and performing other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

Experience: 3 plus years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance Management. 3 plus years in Electrical controls troubleshooting and repair preferred.

Experience in maintenance and repair of automated process equipment including PLCs, and Robotics in manufacturing preferred.

Computer Skills: Must have basic experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook at the intermediate level.  Experience with SAP a plus.

Supervisory Skills: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.

Position-Specific Requirements: Some weekend work required

Travel: 1 to 5 trips per year.

Internal Team Member Additional Qualifications:

• Must not have 4 or more attendance points for locations on an 8 point policy (on application date)

• No written warning in the past six (6) months

• No suspension on record for the last 12 months

• No lateral, downward, or self-disqualification unless for higher classification for the past 6 months.

• New TM’s still in 90 days of probationary period are not eligible to bid, unless approved by HR.
