Princess Polly is seeking a TX Coordinator (Retail) to drive the team member lifecycle, create a best-in-class retail team member experience, and support the administration and reporting aspects of Team Experience (TX).
The TX Coordinator will emulate Princess Polly’s values by providing outstanding service to team members across all platforms. Reporting to the Senior TX Manager, you will manage time and attendance processes tied to payroll, onboarding, reporting, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance. You’ll be at the forefront of creating a consistent and engaging workplace culture that aligns with our values.

-Employee Lifecycle: Ensure all new team members are set up for success from day one by managing onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.
-Administrative Support: Maintain accurate employee records and deliver timely reports to ensure compliance and limit risks.
-Collaboration: Partner with the Senior TX Manager to identify opportunities for improving the employee experience and aligning with organizational culture.
-Culture & Engagement: Champion our organizational values and support initiatives that make Princess Polly a ‘great workplace.’
-Communication: Act as the face of the TX team by responding to employee inquiries with professionalism and care.
-Seasonal Team Member Processes: Lead the seamless recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of seasonal team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Collaborate closely with the Senior TX Manager to identify opportunities to drive a consistent and positive employee experience.
-Develop and implement new procedures while ensuring team member inquiries are fulfilled in a timely manner.
-Support employee engagement survey processes and provide feedback to create a desired culture.
-Champion organizational culture and values by fostering behaviors aligned with our mission.
-Monitor and manage TX administrative processes effectively, including seasonal team member operations.
-Act as a liaison with payroll to clarify queries and communicate changes.
-Maintain compliance by ensuring accurate employee filing and adherence to policies and procedures.
COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, -SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with at least 1 year in a retail environment.
-Some experience in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
-Some experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP and Deputy or similar platforms.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software tools.
-Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
-Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

SALARY BANDING: 55k-65k
