KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
- Responsible for administration of Blue Planner sales planning tool
- Manage customer & product master data in Blue Planner
- Maintain standard pricing in Blue Planner
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate entry of promotional activity and volume forecasting
- Monthly upload of Direct/Indirect Sales volume to Blue Planner
- Troubleshoot pricing issues with Customer Operations team & Sales team
- Troubleshoot volume related issues in Blue Planner because of manual data uploads provided by indirect reporting agencies including Sprout Data Mart and distributor portals
- Manage user profiles and passwords in Blue Planner
- Participate in monthly client success calls with Upclear
- Communicate Blue Planner updates or process changes to all users
- Support Sales team as needed to optimize Blue Planner volume & trade forecast accuracy
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Years of relevant experience: 2-3 years Sales Operations
- Good communication skills
- Critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Integrated system knowledge and understanding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills
- Able to travel 33%
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum education: College Degree; Associate or Bachelors preferred

ADDTIONAL JOB INFORMATION
Base starting salary at $60,000/yr. The Base pay offered is based on market location and
may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
