Location: Bexley Stockyards (Germantown, downtown Nashville)

Responsibilities include:

• cleaning common areas, clubhouse amenities
• Daily Grounds Pick up
• Exterior Maintenance - paint curbs, pressure wash, sweep parking areas
• Clean Swimming Pool
• Preventative Maintenance

At least 2 years of housekeeping, janitorial, cleaning experience, grounds, residential maintenance a plus!
