The Sales & Marketing Operations Technologist at Lumin Digital is responsible for leading a variety of sales & marketing technology initiatives to support the firm’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales, and marketing functions. The role provides key guidance and leadership in the selecting, enabling, and supporting of technology such as CRM (Hubspot), Sales Enablement (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong), Account Based Marketing (Demandbase), Website (Wordpress, Unbounce, Vidyard), etc. The technologist collaborates with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to improve go-to-market efficiency and support smart and holistic technology decisions for the company’s growth.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities, Experience:
Assist our Sales and Marketing Operations leaders in the architectural, data, and capability enhancement of our CRM, Hubspot.
Help our CRM leadership to build and maintain marketing and sales data modeling that help the business understand our total addressable market, campaign performance, and sales forecasting.
Refine marketing and sales technology processes to improve user adoption, penetration, and efficiency during engagements.
Manage a large portion of the sales and marketing technology vendor management duties for the GTM organization, including helping execute checks on security in place, renewals, contract management, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Growth Plan: 
30 Days: Gain a thorough understanding of Lumin Digital’s GTM strategy, key GTM initiatives, and current technology stack. Begin collaborating with GTM leadership on technology and operations initiatives.
90 Days: Take part in onboarding of our ABM-related initiatives that influence strategy and decision-making, including Hubspot cleanup and improvements.
1 Year: Drive technology usage and adoption improvements in sales and marketing that directly impact marketing planning and capabilities to provide insights to, or improve upon, sales pipeline..

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
4+ years of sales and/or marketing operations experience, with strong emphasis on technology management and advancement
Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales technologies and vernacular (e.g., CRM, ABM, Attribution, Sales Enablement platforms, etc).
Proven experience in technology selection, implementation, and improvement.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex marketing and sales concepts for decision-making.
Ability to build collaborative partnerships across teams and establish consensus on key technology-based strategies.
Proficiency in data tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and experience with BI tools and data visualization is a plus.

Education: 
Required: Associate's degree in Marketing, Sales, Operations, or a related quantitative field.

Travel: 
Minimal, generally 12 days or less per year, ~2X team get togethers a year
