Job purpose

PHINIA is currently looking for a “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Material Handler in our Laredo distribution center location. MH will be responsible for preparation of orders. MH will handle all of the material; prepare HU labels that correspond with the item number and quantities, assembly of cartons and package materials, placing information labels and last four of delivery order number.

Key Responsibilities

  • MH will write-down the balances on the Order Pick List of the item quantities to be returned to its original location.
  • MH will need to verify the PN and quantities on the “allocation sheet” before material is returned to location, including balances quantity vs. physical quantity.
  • MH will inform TL or DEP SUP of any discrepancies.
  • After MH has worked/finished the order, the LBL must revise that all master labels match the pick list by part numbers/quantities and order delivery number. LBL must also make sure all shipping documents correspond to each shipment.
