Come join The NRP Group Property Management team as a Revenue Asset Strategy Analyst

Position Summary

The Revenue & Asset Strategy Analyst will support both the Senior Analyst for Market Rate and Senior Analyst for Affordable, while also working closely with the Director. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to gain experience in both the affordable and market-rate housing sectors. The analyst will assist in critical functions for the department such as responding to pricing inquiries, pricing strategy for deals starting lease up, generating and reviewing renewal offers, supply and demand tracking for deals still in construction and many other areas.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in executing core initiatives and identifying process improvements.
  • Support supply and demand tracking for new deals not yet in lease-up.
  • Generate and review monthly renewals for both market and affordable sectors.
  • Address daily pricing inquiries and preparation for RPM portfolio calls.
  • Manage software tools and ensure accurate data entry for amenities.
  • Assist in critical reporting functions for Market & Affordable sectors.
  • Update NRP systems with relevant leasing and absorption information.

Skills & Abilities

 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Related Field or Property Management. Open to other degrees as well if experience supports.

Skills / System Experience:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in Yieldstar / AIRM preferred, not required.
  • Experience in Yardi preferred, not required.
