Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Experiential & Brand Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting our marketing and events team in planning, executing, and evaluating various branding and event initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of brand management, marketing strategy, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Event Planning: Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute a range of events, including product launches, promotional events, workshops, conferences, and more. Help with logistics, coordination, vendor communication, and on-site support.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to content creation for marketing materials, social media posts, email campaigns, and other communication channels. This may involve drafting copy, creating visual assets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Brand Promotion: Support the development and execution of strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights that contribute to effective marketing and branding strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data from events and marketing campaigns to measure their success and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and present findings to the team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Help with administrative duties related to events and marketing, such as managing RSVPs, tracking expenses, maintaining event calendars, and coordinating shipments of promotional materials.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and public relations, to ensure seamless execution of marketing and event initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset and an ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Airtable, PowerPoint/Keynote and basic design tools.
  • Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.

WORKING CONDITIONS:   

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
