TITLE: MANAGER, SALES OPERATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for working with all Hyve Customers and standardizing Capacity Planning Metrics across all Hyve Factories. This includes:
Power Calculations by Server and Rack to Customer Demand / Forecast
Networking and Test Infrastructure by Site including VLAN capacities
SLT Infra Racks calculations including cost recovery with Customers
RLT Test Slots calculations, including cost recovery with Customers
DL by Assembly Line and Rack Builds, Test, WH, Repair, Logistics. Includes understanding of cost recovery with Customers in forms of quotes/NRE.
IDL by Site / Project Function. Includes understanding of cost recovery with Customers in forms of quotes/NRE.
Implement standardization of KPIs and Reporting at all Hyve Factories (Fremont, CA; Olive Branch, MS; Telford, UK; Wuxi, CN, Carson City). This includes:
Daily PCBA Plan vs Ship Actuals
Daily PCBA Test Yield
Daily Rack Plan vs Ship Actuals
Daily Rack Test Yield
Daily Server Plan vs Actuals
Daily Server Test Yield
Bonepile
Daily Ready for Consumption (RFC) inventory
Performance to Cycle Time Target including any reasons for misses
% On-Time Delivery
Implement standardization of KPIs and SLA Reporting for Hyve Customers (i.e. Eve, Woody). Responsible to meet with Customers daily / weekly on Capacity Planning details and KPI metrics implementation / automation / reporting Responsible to work with SalesOps Operational Team members on specific Customer projects on Problem Solving to hit SLAs such as Test Deployments and Repair
