TARGETED OUTCOMES:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer to join our team, with a focus on rotating equipment. As a Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, and motors. Your expertise will help us reduce downtime, increase productivity, and improve overall plant performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential failures
  • Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies for rotating equipment
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs
  • Analyze data from condition monitoring systems (CMS) and recommend actions to improve equipment reliability
  • Develop and maintain equipment reliability metrics and reports
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize reliability improvement projects
  • Implement and manage reliability improvement projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, and motors
  • Experience with reliability engineering tools and techniques, such as RCA, FMEA, and RCM
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification
  • Experience with condition monitoring systems (CMS) and data analysis
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices, such as API and ISO
