RPA ANALYST I

The RPA Analyst is responsible for adding value to the organization through robotic automation via task elimination, improving business process KPI’s, identifying errors, and implementing error-proofing and error resolution.

THE RPA ANALYST I WILL…

  • Designs, develops, tests, and troubleshoots automation workflows in a complex enterprise environment. 
  • Responds to standard requests from internal and/or external customers.
  • Facilitates data governance via WinShuttle and act as an SME in its use.
  • Works within guidelines and direction provided by others to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Abides by all applicable ITAR/EAR restrictions.
  • Works with internal and external audit to fulfill audit requirements.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RPA ANALYST I

  • High school diploma required. Two-year associate's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • UIPath RPA Associate certification (minimum) or UIPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.
  • General knowledge of SAP major functional areas and specific knowledge of calling SAP BAPI’s to retrieve/update data.
  • General understanding of business processes (AP, AR, sales, etc.).
  • Understanding of WinShuttle usage and configuration.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions.
  • Ability to take direction and work with close supervision on a finite scope of projects.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Stays abreast of new technology.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
