Greenhouse is looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager who has experience building out ABM strategies and tactics from the ground up to join our team!
Reporting to our Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our ABM strategy at Greenhouse, leading and executing on ABM strategies targeting prospect and customer accounts. You’ll be responsible for strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of ABM campaigns. You’ll also coordinate and work closely with sales and other marketing teams to ensure alignment, create personalized marketing strategies for target accounts, and monitor and measure the effectiveness of our ABM initiatives.

What you’ll do
- Lead and execute sophisticated ABM strategies targeting accounts in NAMER and EMEA - focused on 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 efforts
- Serve as a subject matter expert in ABM, continuously identifying opportunities for improving processes, tools, and collaboration across teams
- Partner closely with various marketing teams and paid media to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business and revenue goals; as well as drive and optimize the digital strategy for ABM (display ads, paid social, content syndication, etc.)
- Analyze account-specific insights and global trends to craft relevant and impactful marketing messages for target audiences
- Support event execution (primarily with audience development and targeting) for 1:few events aligned to ABM campaigns
- Help to establish ABM goals and find ways to measure progress effectively via our tech stack and reporting platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Tableau, etc.)
- Consistently track and report out on ABM performance, including KPIs like pipeline generated, revenue influenced, reach and engagement metrics - to help optimize future strategies and increase ROI
- Work to maximize our ABM use cases within 6sense and Dunn & Bradstreet, including building and owning our segments to help fuel campaigns across marketing
You should have
- 2+ years experience building and managing multi-channel ABM campaigns in the B2B SaaS space, ideally driving the implementation or being a key player in developing ABM strategy and tactics for the first time
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exceptional project management skills; ability to plan, organize, and manage resources effectively to bring about successful completion of specific campaign goals and objectives
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with an ability to effectively interpret data to help inform decisions
- Experience with the following tech, including ABM platforms: Salesforce, 6sense, and Dunn & Bradstreet would be a huge plus

The national pay range for this role is $84,200.00 - $126,300.00 Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
