Job Summary
As the M&A and Corporate Development Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting all process, financial analysis, presentations, and other duties related to Rock Dental’s M&A and business development activity. This is a high impact position with significant C-suite exposure and long-term career opportunity. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong analytical skill-set and desire to contribute to Rock Dental’s success.
This is a remote position with preference for candidates based in or near Nashville, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Birmingham, Tampa, or other major Southeast or Midwest cities.
Job Duties:
Financial analysis and modeling of practice acquisition and other M&A opportunities.
Build internal QoE and long-range forecasting for late-stage M&A opportunities.
Drafting of internal investment committee and deal approval presentations.
Present M&A findings and recommendations to key internal and senior executive stakeholders.
Contribute as thought leader on continuous improvement of financial analysis, deal evaluation, due diligence, and overall M&A processes.
5% travel.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree with major in analytical field (math, finance, economics, engineering, computer science, etc.) and >3.5 GPA.
Minimum six months of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or similar field.
Desire to be a part of a high-performance team that values humility, integrity, collaboration, and team success.
Desire to excel in a high impact M&A and corporate development role for a highly acquisitive private-equity backed healthcare services company.
Prior healthcare experience and/or MBA not required.
