Elekta is now looking for a full-time intern for a period of 6 months to support the Central Marketing team and the functions within Elekta’s wider marketing team. Ready to make waves in the fight against cancer? Join us and be a driving force for change!
What you’ll do at Elekta
The role will report directly to our Director and Head of Portfolio Marketing and Brand and focus on supporting Elekta’s broadcasting suite and Elekta’s content video design, editing and distribution across marketing channels.
Your role will include (but not limited to):
Develop broadcasting user guides for experts and beginners, ensuring all guidance is roll out and understood
Keep the studio facility working to professional standards, maintenance and checking all equipment is always ready for use Set-up broadcasting studio in advance of recording sessions
Work with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure we are working to their standard and are compliant in all H&S/technical elements
Develop and evolve the organisations usage of Adobe Express for short form video content
Continuously evolve the content video strategy within Elekta
Project Management:
Be the point of contact and driver of video production and video content projects. Including kick off and briefing meetings and post production
Develop filming schedules, collection of assets for filming and deciding on location for filming for broadcasting projects
Drive quality in scripts, storytelling and structure within video projects (with support)
Work closely with technical and creative partners to coordinate the right resources on projects
Training & sharing excellence:
Contribute to Sharepoint, self-services area so people have access to training in basic structure, preparation documents, copywriting, media release forms & production
Gather and co-create assets and guidelines for video content and production
Support training to enable access to broadcast facilities for level 1, self-service, productions
Post-production:
Ensuring brand continuity & projection by using our agreed standards
Work with internal teams to ensure brand and solutions are projected powerfully within the Executive Briefing Center and any content produced
Co-manage content in the Executive Briefing Center CMS and video asset library
Brand ambassador; learn and live the brand & project through the daily work and output
Stay on top of industry best practices and competitor activity to ensure that Elekta delivers game-changing ideas and solutions.
What you’ll bring
Graduate or current student with experience preferably within video production, content production, digital graphics, and broadcasting
Ability to project manage multiple, concurrent projects is required
Experience learning and operating video editing software is essential; including adobe suite
Interest in content marketing and digital channels is essential
Strong customer-focus and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure quality
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be able to network across the organization and engage stakeholders in projects from kick-off through to successful delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good IT literacy and confident using PowerPoint, Excel and Word
