Role Summary
Assists Def Jam Vietnam in executing social media and communication activities and increasing revenue, as well as expanding the label's A&R business.
About the role
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Develop visual content, videos, and messaging; provide support to the Marketing team as needed.
Plan and schedule social media content for short- and long-term objectives.
Create and manage digital advertising campaigns primarily on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads, while monitoring and optimizing for higher efficiency.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on content development and market potential.
Translate quantitative reports and analyses:
Analyze results and key trends in the digital music market.
Create reports to evaluate industry trends, social media channels, and influencers.
Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs
Coordinate artist activities such as performances, promotions, event participation, and work with stakeholders in the A&R process.
Manage the recording process and coordinate with all parties involved such as producers, writers, mixers, internal supply chain teams etc.
Manage the production/recording costs budget and negotiations with third parties.
Desirable Traits:
1 to 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably from the music or entertainment industry
Experience with digital platforms (e.g. Facebook ads, YouTube ads etc.)
Previous experience from digital agency, music, entertainment, or related industry would be highly advantageous.
Experience liaising with internal as well as external partners
Experience with generating reports and data analysis
