What You'll Do
- Engage with non-technical teams to assist in project scoping, prioritization, and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of talented data scientists and engage with various cross-functional teams within Robert Half to drive innovation and excellence.
- Participate in project design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Improve data collection processes to enhance the quality of analytics.
- Apply technical solutions to solve business problems and achieve business goals using an array of data science and machine learning tools that follow data science best practices.
- Support the establishment of technical standards, compliance, key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring strategies, model updates, and testing protocols.
- Engage in code reviews, debugging activities, both independently and as part of a team.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or other STEM fields. Advanced degrees preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on industry experience in statistical modeling, data mining, large data analysis and predictive modeling using python; text mining a major plus.
- 2+ years of experience working in cloud environment like AWS.
- Experience with agile development process.
- Familiarity with GitHub or GitLab.
- Experience in developing machine learning algorithms and bringing them to production.
- Excellent technical and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and external partners to understand the technological landscape and document ML processes effectively.
- Creative thinking with the ability to translate business and functional requirements into comprehensive designs, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams for implementation.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
$100,000.00 - $147,000.00We offer exceptional earning potential and a competitive benefits package, including group health insurance benefits (medical, vision, dental), FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave of up to 6 weeks, and short/long term disability. Robert Half provides paid time off for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service and is pro-rated based on the hours worked per week. A new hire earns up to 17 days of CTO per calendar year. Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays per calendar year. We also offer the opportunity to contribute to our company 401(k) savings and investment plan or deferred compensation plan (if eligible), with an employer match of 100% on the first 3% of your contributions for eligible employees.
