Edenred's HRIS team, reporting to the Group HR team, is recruiting a Workday HCM Specialist (M/F).
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team and play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our central HRIS system (Workday). The main tasks would be :
 
YOUR MISSIONS
 
Day to day run management:
Be the main point of contact for local HR teams located across our 45 geographies, you will handle and manage their requests promptly.
Provide an excellent service to internal HR teams, ensuring their questions and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Conduct data quality review campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency of data in the system.
Proactively identify and address data discrepancies, working closely with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective measures.
Execute data uploads at the request of local or central stakeholders, maintaining data integrity throughout the process.
 
Continuous development and change management:
Updating ‘step-by-step’ guides on the Core HR component following changes to the configuration or different Workday releases.
Conducting one-off training sessions for local HR staff on the Core HR component.
