We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a contract position from January 2025 through June 2025, providing maternity coverage. The position requires managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and supporting recruitment initiatives. This role is based in Boca Raton, FL, and operates Monday through Friday, in-person.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the development and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Support the team in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other external partners.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and practices.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports and handling ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
