Interns will gain knowledge and experience through exciting and real-life learning opportunities. We are looking for high performing and motivated individuals in various areas within DTNA organizations. DTNA internships begin each summer in May or June.

Interns in this role may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position subject to manager evaluations and business availability.

Our IT department is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our organization's technological infrastructure to support business operations. As we embark on a significant transition from SAP ECC to S4-HANA, we are seeking an enthusiastic intern to support our main Business System Analyst in this crucial project.

The transition from the current SAP enterprise central component (ECC) to S4-HANA involves migrating the organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system from the traditional ECC platform to the more advanced S4-HANA platform. SAP is a leading provider of ERP software solutions that integrate various business processes into a unified system. S4-HANA represents the latest generation of SAP's ERP software, built on an in-memory database platform known as SAP HANA.

For the intern supporting the main Business System Analyst in this project, duties may include assisting with data migration activities, conducting system testing, documenting processes and procedures, providing user support and training, and contributing to the overall project implementation plan. Additionally, the intern may have the opportunity to learn about SAP systems, gain hands-on experience with S4-HANA.

Salary placement is determined by your anticipated graduation year and ranges between $21 - $30 per hour.

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Align processes, people and technology to enable optimization by embracing industry best practice and working with business partners
  • Develop documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc.
  • Work on Agile projects, providing analysis as needed and developing applications that support DTNA teams
  • Work closely with other developers, testers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand the requirements and specifications of our software product and documentation tool

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s/PhD Program from an accredited college/university or have graduated within the last 12 months. 
  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and understanding of ERP concepts preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Creative mindset
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
