Position Description:
The Director of P2P programs is responsible for the strategy, development and execution of peer-to-peer medical advisor programs and KOL programs within Ceribell. In this highly visible role, the Director will work hand in hand with the sales organization and Ceribell’s many dedicated peer-to-peer medical advisors to deliver value to the business.
Responsibilities will include strategy development, P2P engagement, sales engagement, and daily execution, analytics, and continuous improvement. The Director, P2P programs will drive a scale of the program – they will have to be flexible, creative, and strategic to create the future program that will enable a step-change performance for Ceribell.
The Director, P2P will report into the Head of Medical for Ceribell.
Essential Job Functions/Duties:
- Build relationships with all Ceribell’s peer-to-peer advisors
- Define business needs for peer-to-peer advisors and recruit new peer-to-peer advisors to fill gaps
- Onboard and continuously train new peer-to-peer advisors
- Drive the development of tools to manage and track peer-to-peer advisors
- Develop and audit standardize peer-to-peer material
- Track key peer-to-peer usage and impact metrics and report
- Partner with sales organization to understand gaps /
- Develop new peer-to-peer program offerings for sales and medical organizations
- Facilitate sessions with peer-to-peer advisors to unlock new opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; Master’s Degree Or PHD Prefered
- At least 10 years’ experience in the consulting for- pharma, biotech, medical device or diagnostics
- Experience in the neurodiagnostic preferred
- Experience working with P2Ps / KOLs
- Experience working directly with sales organization (or direct sales experience)
- High competency in the following areas: highly collaborative, strong oral and verbal communication, excellent multi-tasking, planning, process and project management, effective decision making, results-oriented, ability to work under and with tight deadlines.
- Experience with meeting management with the ability to structure small- and large-group meetings to achieve pre-defined objectives.
- Self-starter with an ability to identify behavioral and knowledge gaps and develop training to address them.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization.
- Rigorous attention to detail: able to go deep with multiple stakeholders to understand the nuances of what drives impacts and integrate those into and overall program
- Relationship management: ability to create strong working relationships peer physicians and key opinion leaders

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
